More than 18 years in the IT-industry. More than 12 years dedicated to raising funds on the markets of Russia, Ukraine, the Baltic States, working in management positions in investment funds in Europe.

Jaanika is a Managing Director of the Association of Investors UVCA, a co-founder of ICT Competence Center, an expert of the State Agency for E-Governance in Ukraine and Advisor of new technologies to City Mayor Andriy Sadovyi.

– PPP is one of the best instruments to offer interesting opportunities to engaging business and investors to developing country
– There are many interesting forms of possible implementation of PPP also in IT, e-government and development of telecommunications (examples will be provided in lecture)
– Ukraine has yet not implemented satisfactory PPP legislation but there are possibilities to overcome it
