Prerequites: Experience or interest in any of the following areas Business Analysis, Project management, UX, Product Management

Intended audience: Project managers, product managers, business analysts, UX designers

Background:

Workshop focuses on objectives and connected problems, outlines the HEART framework (what is it, how to use it), shows the practical use. Later, participants will patch this framework with Impact Map technique. The coaches will describe the matter of these methods, how and when they apply, practice them with participants.

Participants will be given cases to work on (sample projects) to get exposure to Impact Mapping and heart framework

Workshop objectives:

1. Help in shaping release objectives (may it be sprint or project as well)

2. Show how to create better features both for business and users, choose from alternatives, prioritize, avoid gold plating and scope creep.

3. Show how to raise the value of knowledge about users.
